[openbeos] Sudo not the best but better than nothing.

> sudo ifconfig eth0   192.168.1.8
> sudo ifconfig eth0:0 192.168.32.8
> sudo ifconfig eth0:1 192.168.10.8

I was think for 1.5 for system integrity we don't need multi-user support. 

Just two root and normal. We run in normal but everything outside of /boot/home 
or a mounted filesystem is owned by root.

So to delete /boot/haiku/Deskbar you would have to sudo.
