R5 networking is completely different from how the networking will be 
in OpenBeOS. You just can't test it completely - but what could do is 
having a working DHCP client which will just print out the config data 
without actually doing anything.
This would be enough for a proof of concept, and it would be very easy 
to adapt it to a fully working DHCP client later on.
