I haven't heard of those yet. Sounds interesting...

The disadvantage is that it ties us to some remote 3rd-party site.
What if it's temporarily down? What if it goes out of business? What
about "our" data?

OTOH, it looks like a good way (with counting views, answers, rating)
to find out what to put in our official FAQ. And it may proof to be a
good resource if we can provide the necessary "staff".

What are others' concerns/opinions?
