This sort of activity should be governed by a decorator plug_in, and not
the app_server itself (IMHO). So, it would be up to someone to code it in
a decorator (though, it would be nice to have this sort of functionality
in the main ("official") distro decorator.
Assuming, app_server.R2 will support decorators.
