Hi,
here I have such audio processing unit (USB) which works very good on
BeOS; in facts Be had the driver for such item:
http://ftp.ntua.gr/mirror/BeOS/experimental/r5/drivers/audio/
(ua100.zip and the control panel).
Today I also tried to install UA-100 on Haiku hrev51700 gcc2_h:
the ua100 driver is present in
~/config/non-packaged/add-ons/kernel/drivers/bin and is linked to
~/config/non-packaged/add-ons/kernel/drivers/dev/audio/old (the same
scheme as are installed on BeOS); well: when I attach the UA100 and i
ran listimage from a Terminal window, I see that the ua100 driver is
correctly loaded: in fact, if I detach the UA100, the driver is not
listed by listimage, but despite this fact (when the driver is listed
by listimage), the UA100 is not present in the media panel.
There would be some hope to use this item on Haiku?
