The trademarks are: 
1) Haiku name itself and 
2) any logo which uses term Haiku unless it is allowed by Haiku Inc.
( like an official Haiku compatible logo which may come out later on )

Haiku logos can be seen in:
The boot screen, background image, About Box, etc.

All other artwork is MIT license and can be used, ie: icons, feather
in the Deskbar, etc..

Basically, Haiku Inc. does not allow other distros out there with

the term Haiku plastered all over it.

I believe it may need to be reviewed and updated accordingly.
