[haiku] Reminder: HAIKU logo as your logo != B_OK

In past years, it has been established that websites, other than those
operated by the Haiku Project cannot use nor modify the HAIKU logo as their
own logo. Even though other websites exist primarily for the Project, a
different logo needs to be used. The Haiku Leaf, the Haiku Background
Leaf, and (of course) the HVIF icons can be used_and_modified for the creation
of derivative logos. [1,2,3]
Domain addresses and domain names are allowed to include the word "haiku".
You need to be clear that the site is a community site and not one run by the
Haiku Project (nor Haiku Inc for that matter).
This could simply be a footer or a 'legal statements' page :

Haiku™ and the HAIKU logo™ are a trademarks of Haiku, Inc.
and are developed by the Haiku Project.
}}}
With linking to www.haiku-inc.org and www.haiku-os.org respectively.
The HTML for the "™" symbol is "™".
A month or so ago, I've already tried contacting some people off-list,
to remind them of this. Though, not everyone has replied nor changed logos.
... So,
If you run a 3rd-party site that is using or modifying the HAIKU logo
as your logo, please, change it.
If you need help creating one, please, ask and someone will help.
If you know any of the people running those sites, *politely and
respectfully* remind them.
Lastly, to be clear --
This is only about using something other than the HAIKU logo as your logo.
Displaying the HAIKU logo elsewhere on the site, to convey the idea of
`we support Haiku` or as part of an explanation of what is Haiku,
is totally fine. Always has. Always will be.
There are some standard usage requirements, such as being non-confusing
and within good-taste -- but that applies to any use of the trademarks[4].
