[haiku] Registration for BeGeistert 023 "Prime Time" now open

Dear all,
brief message and apologies for being a bit late, as usual, but you can
now register for BeGeistert 023. We just hope you paid attention to the
published dates - 23rd and 24th October In addition to the usual mix of
presentation, hacking and discussion we're pleased to announce that there
will also be a tutorial day where core Haiku-developer Axel Dörfler will
cover core Haiku programming principles. I've heard something about
"HalfCraft 3 - The Need for Speed" being the subject of the tutorial but
don't let that put you off, it's just as likely to be Emacs ReImagined! ;-)
