Hi Stippi,

Jorge, you are not helping to keep off-topic discussion off this list by trying

I am sorry, but when someone shows so much bias and contempt by making personal mis-characterizations, then I am compelled to respond.

IMHO, discussing how to save the planet and what has more or less ecological
impact is indeed off-topic for this list. However, the original intend of
trying to consider ecological footprint in an action performed by the Haiku
project is not.

And in response to those concerns I...

1) Explained how we make a conscious effort to hand out the fliers selectively

2) Started looking into the possibility of using recycled paper for the fliers

I resent that even then I am being subject to misinformed characterizations such as climate change denier, etc.

It's easy to raise issues or complain while making no effort to be part of the solution. If Alexandre or anybody else wants so badly that we use recycled paper, instead of waving the "you don't are about the planet" flag and expect somebody to take all the burden, become part of the solution by actually finding a vendor that will meet our needs. As you guys like to say, patches welcome.

Cheers,

Jorge/aka Koki
