In a Be Developer Conference, maybe. I can't found this anymore, too.
Anyway, I found it in Lexmark 5700/7000 driver
(http://www.bebits.com/app/1653), and base most of my bubblejet driver
(http://www.bebits.com/app/2276) first two versions on this code.
