Maybe some document could be created by mixing

- some general explanation of what Haiku is
(Haiku, the product), what Haiku, Inc. is,
what trademarks are held. How they can/cannot
be used. Who holds copyrights and under what
licenses Haiku is distributed. Something about
patents - as mentioned.

- the MIT license, what it allows/disallows.

- the AboutSystem 3rd party credits

- the distro guidelines?

BTW, I think the distro guidelines should be
mentioned in the development FAQ, even though
"development" probably implies involvement in
Haiku, rather than developing Haiku (semi-)
separately from the Haiku developer community.
