[haiku] Portuguese Translation

Hello.
I've finished the translation of the available catkeys to European
Portuguese.
It's currently sitting on the Haiku Translations server @

However due to recent troubles compiling Haiku together with some
noobieness, I'm unable to submit it, so if it's possible for any of you to
do so, I'd be most thankful.
