RobinHood _is_ the standard web server installed by BONE in place of PoorMan.

just like there are many others (Xitami, ...)
the OBOS one should be just like PoorMan was, smart and simple
so that it does the minimum and does it well, and in a way we can easily 
install Apache or any other instead to do more complex stuff.
