I agree, but the task at OpenBeOS R1 is RECREATE
so i´m totally for a webserver just as PoorMan!!!
Next to this it would be cool to have a sort of Plus/conviniencepack to put
the extra stuff in for R1
For R2 (Glasselevator stuff) it could be in the base distro.
