[openbeos] OpenBFS progress report.

Thsi report is for getting you guys up to date in the status of
OpenBFS. Daniel, please, update the team page:
Implemented since last update:
1 - Full attributes support
2 - Indexing
What is missing for milestone 1:
1 - Symlink traversal support (being worked on by myself)
2 - Queries (Axel)
After those are finished, we will move on to M2, implementing full read
/write support, including journaling (we will try to implement a
different approach from the current BFS that, if it works, should give
us faster log transactions).
