Actually, I think it was GM who use(d) it. This makes sense with a car.
I think the real funny one was the Fiat "Punto" which bombed in Brazil 
apparently. Any comments BGA?

And then there's numbers. You can't register them as Intel discovered so 
the 586 became the Pentium. And there are superstitions, as Palm declared 
by not bringing out a Palm IV or VI.
