[openbeos] Network driver RTL8029 for Haiku?

Hi!
Exists a network driver for RTL8029 (the network adapter supported by Parallels) for Haiku? If not what would be the best existing driver to extend or to base on for a new driver?

BTW Haiku does not boot under Parallels if etherpci is installed on the image.
