[haiku] Naming of current optional packages

Howdy,
Currently, there are multiple versions of the same optional package,
each being identified with the date that it was released (or compiled?).
As a result, the name file of current version version changes constantly
as new versions of the package are released.
Would it not make sense to give the current version always the same file
name, so that it is possible to link to them not having to worry about
the filename changing with with every release?
