Others may start releasing Haiku distros too. Already have Senryu, Basho, Pingwinek Haiku. Others will come like StilNovo, maybe Haiku Max ( under another name ), etc. The closer Haiku gets to R1, the more Haiku based distros will appear. The guidelines have to be enforced with all distros, short or long term, otherwise they won't be fair for all and others will start making distros with Haiku trademarks, logos, etc. which may confuse users thinking it is Haiku's official release ( which should remain distinct from other distros ).
