In this particular case, yes i agree; getting a response out could
have been quicker.

I just want to make it clear : we do make attempts to enforce the trademarks.

As an example, in the past Blue Technoids was distributing Haiku
images and violated the guidelines by not removing the trademarks. One
of the site's operators were contacted privately and now they abide by
the guidelines : http://factory.bluetechnoids.org/
