Obviously, but there are currently distributions of Linux LiveCDs that on boot prompt for language, root password, or other options. I'd rather be delayed for 10-30 seconds on boot to choose my language and some trivial and optional settings than to have to guess what I'm clicking because I don't understand the language. I recently had a lot of "fun" doing that with a distro of Linux that was defaulted to German though the web site made no mention of that.

Any ways, like I said, just my two unimportant cents. :)
