Ok, but that only tells us that the CD does not boot, which might be another 
problem or the same problem. Using the BeOS makebootable definitely does not 
produce a bootable BeOS installation in any case.

If you have a bootable USB stick that boots Haiku on another machine, that 
could be abother test. From the ticket description, I am not sure whether you 
tried installation method 1 and 3 on the failing machine, besides trying to 
boot the CD.
