[openbeos] Hit a wall with cygwin

Well, I've gotten past fs_shell and libroot.so build issues - but
libbe.sois giving me a problem now and I haven't the faintest clue
what to do about
it (because mainly I don't understand what the problem is). It appears to
be a linking issue. I have attached the jam output here to see if anyone
can suggest what I could check next.
