This was what fixed it for me.
Just now I was still seeing the old centered text untill I
shift-reloaded in firefox, which bypasses the cache.
I know I'm not behind a proxy, so perhaps the problem is that the page
is being served as not having changed recently, and the browser reads
from cache. Maybe it's some misconfiguration on the webserver?
BTW, great new site, name and logo. Makes me hope for more :)
