Three students showed interest in working on the DDM stuff as a project for 
some class, including a CLI partitioning tool. If that turns out not to be 
enough work, a GUI tool would be an extension.

So I would advise anyone who wants to work on a DriveSetup tool to follow 
what they are doing (or will be doing).
