Way before Haskell there was the Heath Users Group, from 1977-1991
when it was renamed to the Zenith Users Group.
I know. I was a member... used to work at Heath, then Zenith.

Also it seems the Haskell User Groups started in 2009... Haiku has
user groups going back to the BeOS days, with NorCal-HUG being one of
the first Haiku User Groups forming in 2007. So it is a good idea to
use it, since we beat them to it. But there's probably many other "H"
user groups out there as well.
