Interesting...
you might want to check in Cortex if the addon at least publishes a
dormant node.
Note the es137x driver only recognizes qemu's es1370 for now (other IDs
seems commented out). It would probably collide with oss anyway, no way
to make sure which is picked up by default by media_server.
