AFAICT this has less to do with FalterCon itself but the way it got reported in "the news". Furthermore, the continued unjustified accusations from Koki et all (in talkbacks at OSNews and other places) about all those internal and openness problems of Haiku seem to shed a negative light on the alternative event for some members of the team. IMO it's a Haiku centric event that should definitely promoted on our site, even more so since it replaces the event where we dropped the ball in some ways (like not making the problem public before the cancellation). Bye, Axel.
