[haiku] Donation infrastructure updates (Bitcoin, Goodsearch, Flattr)

Hi everybody!

This weekend, several donation methods have been added to give you
more flexibility in how you can help raise funds for HAIKU. They
include Bitcoin, Goodsearch, and Flattr and are each mentioned on my
blog http://www.haiku-os.org/blog/mmadia

The notion of many hands working on one issue is at the core of open
source development. Fund raising can be viewed the same way -- every
bit collected helps Haiku, Inc.'s ability to fund development and
propel Haiku towards and beyond R1.

We hope that you are encouraged to help where ever you can, whether it
be in the form of bug reports, code submittal, translations, or
helping to raise funds.
