www.berlios.de resolves to 195.37.77.138 for me (under BONE), and
the web server seems to be responding okay.
In case it's related, the only DNS-related problems I've had with R5
have been when I've entered the router's own IP address as the DNS
(so requests go via the router's DNS proxy).
For some reason that seemed to cause issues similar to what you're
describing.
You might want to try turning off DHCP and entering your ISP's DNS
address manually into the network config panel (or any other DNS you
can find, maybe one of the root ones?).
