Just wondering which year was at the other end of the wormhole so we know how long us mere mortals need to wait ;) To make this email slightly more helpful - there's a boot menu option to disable user addons - very early in the boot process you can access it by hitting shift. For networking, I'm not sure what card VPC emulates and whether Haiku supports that but Shared NAT should be the way to go, just make sure you're connected OK to the network before you fire up the Virtual PC Console.
