with Google SOC is a back door to such activities already. Google does

world wide in droves. Why is it that Haiku is participating in such
activities, supported in part with tools like SOC, I have no idea!

Last I checked, they don't supply the US government with such data; for example, the government at one point requested anonymized data (i.e., with no information specific to the user involved) on searches for pornography, and Google refused. They can get away with that in the US because the law allows it.

In other countries (like China, for example), they will supply not only IP addresses, but any other available personal data the government asks for, because otherwise they aren't allowed to do business there.

Despite their own official motto ("Don't be evil"), Google is no better than most other business entities. (And no worse for that matter.)

I notice your email address is at yahoo.com. They agreed to supply the Chinese government with data on searches, and to supply more specific information on certain searches that were flagged, just like Google and Microsoft and just about everybody else doing business in China. Why is it that you accept a free service from Yahoo?

Where have they admitted publicly that they work with "dark operations within our own government"? (And which government, by the way, is "our own"? I ask because I currently live in Portugal and some people on this list live in Germany and France, so I'm not sure which government you are claiming as your own. I'm guessing the US based on the very culturally specific reference in your email address.)
