That depends...
If you build a proper Haiku cross compiler, taking care of all the related 
stuff, i.e. glue code, libgcc - OS bindings and the like, the Haiku you build 
with it will work.

I've already started looking into that BTW, since we will use a newer gcc for 
the PPC port anyway.
