Pretty much what Axel said. 
We are getting new web hosting when we post the new site. 
We also (will) have email accounts set up for all of the devs and we are 
setting up CVS there.
We aren't going to switch CVS right away, though. There is too much "proving 
out" that has to happen before we are willing to jump ship. But there is a 
backup plan in place if things at SF.net don't improve.
