Hey all...
I've just put up a new page on the website:
http://open-beos.sourceforge.net/res/cvstats.html
This can be accessed from the main page thru the 'Resources' item on
the left.
This displays some basic statistics about the files in the CVS
repository. Real basic at this point. But I have some ideas about more
stats that it could grab. If anyone has a suggestion for additional
stats, just post it here.
To create this, I checkout the entire repos to a local dir. Then I run
a utility that I wrote to drill thru the directories and gather
statistics. Right now, I take the output and hand edit the html. But
not for long -- I'm about to write another utility to spit out the html
for me.
My plan is to generate and post this once a week. Given the current
activity in the CVS, that seems reasonable. Later, when things get more
active, I'll probably change it to daily.
