[openbeos] CVS -> Subversion Switch Reminder

Howdy,

I just want to remind everyone with CVS write access that in about 24 hours 
those access rights will be revoked. If you want to check in something 
you'll either have to do it till then or wait for the switch to be 
completed and use SVN.
