We may as well add a UsePosixHeaders rule.

Currently the whole header dirs handling is very messy. I think, it is 
a good idea to re-think the strategy. I appreciated, if the two rules 
UsePrivate/PublicHeaders were more intelligent, i.e. I don't pass the 
name of a subdirectory, but an identifier, and the rules find the 
directory that it identifies regardless of how it is named and where it 
resides.
