[haiku] Bugs for GSoC

I checked out the easy bugs list, and found this:
#190 [Media] prefs isn't font sensitive (easy)
However, when looking at it with size 18 font, everything looks fine.
Should this still be classified as a bug?
If the goal is to expose GSoC candidates to the codebase, then I'll go
ahead and take a crack at updating this program to use the "new" layout
manager, as suggested in the last comment on the ticket. However, if the
goal is actually to reduce bugs, I should probably find something that's
not already working.
