I second that, and it still looks like there are issues, not being able to login being a critical one. :-)

Also, what happens with notifications (of existing bugs)? Will we still get notifications for bugs we posted on Bugzilla and that were migrated to Trac?
Yes. Notifications are automatically sent to the reporter and owner (this can't be disabled, for good reasons) and if you have your email *or* login name (to not reveal your email) in the cc field.
The issues with UTF8 that you mentioned are specific to the server, chances are that they will disappear when you move to the production server (since bugzilla in haiku-os.org does not have them).
It's the same server, so this issue won't be fixed. But it's not that bad, anyway. Out of >800 tickets maybe 10 are affected.
I'll finish the last few bits for our website and then we can start the transition...
