bootman goes in hda.
Haiku also installs its own "stage 1" loader in its own partition, this
is done at install time and requires no manual intervention. Should it
get erased, you can fix it with the "makebootable" command.
If you need the master boot record in hda for other purposes, no
problem: Haiku partition can be booted from Grub, Smart Boot Manager,
and probably many other boot managers out there.
