I forget to note that same crash (visually) occurs if no page is to be
shown (about:blank). Also welcome page is opened locally. Internet access 
is working.
The welcome page loading locally indicates a lack of a network connection. Bezilla uses an self contained page to attempt loading the Welcome and User Guides from he web and fallsback to local access upon error.
