there's some freeware Hex editor called HexJuggler on bebits, im sure
everyone are familiar .. but perhaps we should try and contact the author
for the source?
also, YaTE (yet another text editor) does Hex editing.. and its
OpenSource... (though i think its GPL.) - its always possible to talk to
Chris B about it...
