You can also just do: $ /boot/home/Desktop/Trash $ forcerm objects $ chkbfs Don't forget to execute chkbfs afterwards, as forcerm doesn't free anything when it deletes the files (it just makes them unavailable, so that they are then removed from chkbfs).
