This email is the official notification of the final
Haiku R1 Alpha 4 release date.
Haiku R1 Alpha 4 is scheduled for final release on:
November 12th, 2012.
This ensures:
* There are 3 weekends left (no matter what timezone
you're in) to contribute last minute changes.
* The release is just after BeGeistert (begeistert.org)
and lets BeGeistert attendees dog-food the last few
R1A4 release candidate images before the release.
The R1A4 branch is feeling pretty solid at this point.
Lets do this!
Myself and Ryan will continue to cherry-pick mainline
changes, however keep in mind that at this point the scope
of changes we will be accepting is reducing.
