[haiku] Announcement: Downtime of Subversion, Trac and Website due to security updates

Hello there,
This is an announcement from Haiku's sysadmin team.
Today, starting at 11:00 UTC, the kernels of baron as well as of all VMs will
undergo a security-related update.
The process will involve a downtime of the dedicated server and all virtual
machines running on it, so all services running on baron will be affected:
- svn.haiku-os.org
- dev.haiku-os.org
- www.haiku-os.org
If everything goes well, the downtime of these services should not exceed
5 minutes.
A follow-up notice will be posted when the work has been completed and all
services are accessible again.
