It just means that they aren't active in your machine -- i.e. they
haven't been installed yet.
I'm not sure that's right. How would the HDS page shown in Web+ know
about what packages you have installed in your system?
Unfortunately the "Documentation" link at the HDS About page will only
be available after the next update. Then we may find out... :)
