Correct.

Except Symbian. It was the only phone OS that had good enough realtime
support to run the baseband stack _and_ the user-facing stack at the
same time on the same CPU core.

All Unix-based phones (including QNX, as in Blackberry 10) run a
baseband OS on a separate CPU from the "main" one that runs
user-facing apps.
