i can pay someone yes, but why should i when all devs would be paid much more 
when they try to attract more mainstream users by developing the moost needed 
functions first? maybe a poll on social media in which users can select the 
options they want can be made. than that option can be
added first, which will attract the users and they will donate to make the 
project even go faster. why should we as average users pay people that 
only tend to reply in a way liek: we do what we want, we do not care what 
users like. that is not the way to become attractive

I'm convinced you either have never used haiku, or (more likely) your le epoch 
trolling. If you had used haiku, you'd know that it is still a _very_ early 
beta, and that while the devs patch things everyday and are always adding new 
features (hence the nightlies are almost literally nightly), ‎it's not even 
remotely stable. As such, I'd ask you what is the wisdom in spending dozens, or 
hundreds, of hours on adding support for a third-party proprietary service when 
the core functionality of the OS is volatile? What everyone is attempting to 
kindly tell you is that there is no wisdom in such a move at this point in 
time. In fact, _if_ the devs devoted time on the Inc.'s payroll, as you 
propose, I'm sure many would see it as a missuse of funds and a waste of time. 
I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish by repeating the bad argument "if 
you give the people netflix, they will come". Not only is it idiotic but it 
simply is divorced from reality.
