More precisely, you need to turn on MEDIA_SOURCE in 
https://github.com/haiku/webkit/blob/rebased/Source/cmake/OptionsHaiku.cmake
and then implement the needed parts in
https://github.com/haiku/webkit/blob/rebased/Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/haiku/MediaPlayerPrivateHaiku.cpp#L78

There may be other things needed, but at least this one is a requirement.
