Hello, kodi would be nice on haiku. makemkv as well as netflix and co. If
someone ported that, I would like it. Native apps as a replacement would be
better.

Better youtube support coming to WebPositive probably next week. Already
available if you build
the haikuwebkit package yourself from haikuporter. While people here are
discussing apsp to port
and doing nothing, the devs are busy fixing the problems...
Also for youtube you can already use UberTuber for a decent experience
(watching videos in the
native media player).
Netflix is more complicated, but not impossible and probably not 5-10 years of
work! It's just
playing videos after all, what could take 10 years in doing that?
